Why Traders Switch to Desktop

Everything you love about TradingView — plus native performance and multi-monitor freedom browsers cannot match.

Native multi-monitor

Spread charts across multiple displays and restore your exact workspace every time you open the app.

Symbol & crosshair sync

Change the ticker once and every linked tab updates. Crosshairs stay aligned across monitors for deeper analysis.

Faster & more stable

Native app means fewer browser limits, better memory handling, and charts that stay open when you close the browser.

Pine Script & indicators

Full Pine Script support, community scripts, and the same indicator library as the web platform.

Cross-device sync

Layouts, watchlists, alerts and drawings stay in sync across desktop, web and mobile automatically.

Supercharts power

Up to 16 charts per layout, advanced drawing tools, volume profile, and real-time data on every major market.

System Requirements

Latest stable build is free on every plan. Auto-updates keep the app current.

Platform Minimum OS Processor Notes
Windows Windows 10 22H2 or Windows 11 22H2+ 64-bit Intel / AMD ARM not supported · App Installer required

Linux Ubuntu 20.04 / 22.04 / 24.04 LTS 64-bit Intel / AMD Deb or Snap · Snap prefer X11
